Return Policy
 
A 20-day guarantee applies on most online purchases from Midway Auto SupplyContact us online to request a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION #. Please be sure to provide an explanation regarding the reason for the return or exchange. (Refunds for returns without prior authorization may be significantly delayed.)

To ensure full credit for your return, please follow these instructions:
1.Mark RGA # on outside of shipping carton. Do NOT write on or alter original mfr's box.
2. Return item(s) in original mfr packaging. Open pkgs will incur add'l fees. 
3. Include all parts, hardware and instructions supplied by the manufacturer with the original product(s).
4. Return the product(s) in new condition - not used, installed or disassembled. Original packaging must be in tact. Product must be in resellable condition.
5. Pack merchandise inside an appropriate shipping carton and use sufficient packing material.
6. Ship returns prepaid via trackable shipping method, such as UPS or FedX.  Customer is responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Return Authorization will be valid for 20 days. Therefore, returns must be received by us within 20 days from the RGA issue date to receive full credit.

Returns that do not meet the stated guidelines will either be denied or will incur an additional fee. Open or non-resellable merchandise will incur a 10% Return Fee. Returns are not accepted on open computer software or electronic games.

Following inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued for the original cost of the returned product less any applicable fees. Adjustments will be applied to the payment method used for the original transaction.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for refunds to be processed. 


For damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 business days. Please provide a detailed explanation of the condition of the product, and we will notify you by email or phone with further instructions.

Core Charges and Returns
Most remanufactured parts are sold on an "exchange" basis and require a core deposit that is fully refundable. You will see a "core charge" for these particular parts next to the product cost on your invoice. A refund will be issued to you when you have returned your old part for remanufacturing purposes.

Please follow these instructions to receive full credit for your core return: The old part must be in re-buildable condition. Please repackage carefully to avoid damages in shipping. The part must be returned in the original box in which your new part arrived. All fluids must be completely drained from the part. Include a copy of your invoice showing the core charge. Return prepaid by UPS or US Postal Service.
