Does exactly what it says it will do. I was facing a $2000 repair on a 94 Mustang. After the application, while it idled per the instructions (I let it idle for an hour), the exaust smoke gradually went away and the water leaking out of the exhaust pipe stopped. It's been running perfect ever since (about 2 months) I'm amazed.

I have a 4 cylinder Mazda B2500 turbo diesel that blew it's head gasket. After repairing the radiator and replacing a defective clutch fan I used this product instead of getting a head job. 5,000kms later, its still cool and running like new. GSS
